RULES
All guests must sign a waiver and provide
proof of identification upon arrival.

Respect for Nature and PropertyGuests are expected to respect the natural surroundings and wildlife in the area. Do not harm or disturb the animals, plants, or property at Estro Den. Look everywhere you walk to avoid encounters with pests such as large spiders and snakes Follow designated paths and trails to minimize environmental impact. Please leave with everything you came in with unless items were disposed of properly in waste bins.

SafetyGuests must follow all safety instructions provided by Estro Den staff. Use caution and common sense when participating in roller skating activities or using any equipment at the retreat center. Wear appropriate safety gear, such as helmets and pads, when engaging in high-risk activities.

Noise and DisturbancesRespect the tranquility of the Estro Den and fellow guests. Keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and music should be off by midnight. Avoid disruptive behavior that may disturb the peaceful atmosphere of Estro Den.

Check-In and Check-OutGuests must check in at the designated reception area upon arrival and provide any necessary identification or paperwork. Check-out time is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Please adhere to the specified check-out time.

Smoking and Fire UseWe are located in a wildfire zone. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of Estro Den, including accommodations and common spaces. If you need to smoke, please bring a pen. Please do not bring anything meant for burning; matches, incense, candles, etc. Do not start a fire. Skating under the influence is prohibited Firearms and weapons are prohibited Guests must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding the use of substances such as alcohol and drugs. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

PetsUnless explicitly stated, pets are not allowed at Estro Den. Donkeys and Dogs DO NOT get along. Leashed service animals, are permitted with appropriate documentation and after speaking with staff about the risks associated to bringing loose animals.

Respect for OthersTreat fellow guests, staff, and the caretakers with respect and kindness. Be mindful of personal space and privacy of others. Avoid engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Booking and Cancellation PoliciesFill out the Contact Request form on our Visit page to book a stay Any changes or cancellations should be made two weeks prior to checking-in

LiabilityGuests are responsible for their personal belongings and actions during their stay at Estro Den. The retreat center and its staff will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur.

Compliance with RulesFailure to comply with the rules and guidelines may result in guests being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
